USCG & Charter Rules & Regulations

We welcome you aboard our "Always Hookin" Contender Boat. 

 There are a few charter rules & fishing regulations we have to abide by; 

* Abide by all USCG safety protocol (we will give a quick briefing)

 * We supply all bait and tackle & licenses, you bring food & drinks

* No hard alcohol aboard

* No drunkenness

* No dangerous horseplay

*No pets aboard

* Please abide by the Captain's instructions while onboard

 * In case of emergencies, stay calm, we always have plans

* If you have a good trip, Tips are always appreciated

* Have FUN and catch some fish, cause this is what its about after-all.

* We strive to be family friendly so PLEASE act accordingly when with other parties
